Troy is a Talent Solution Executive for MetaOps having served 15 years in the USMC as a Gunnery Sergeant and Aviation Supply Chief. Starting his career in Paper 21 years ago as a power house operator, he has since held both operations and maintenance leadership roles in Paper/Power. He has held progressively challenging roles ultimately reporting to the SVP of Voith Digital Solutions and now the President and CEO of MetaOps. He previously worked for Hercules Inc., Honeywell, International Paper, and Voith.
