MetaOps, Inc. Hires Arielle Cenin as Administrative Manager

Mattawan, MI - December 2022 - MetaOps, Inc hired Arielle Cenin as Administrative Manager. Cenin will support the President and CEO in managing all administrative and Human Resources activities. The growth in 2022 push MetaOps to add a management level to support our growing team. MetaOps now has 19 team members supporting our customers and MetaExperts.

Cenin brings with her extensive knowledge in research and has conducted various studies on human cognition, emotion, and behavior. Writing and development of quality documentation outputs is the most critical skill she possesses, as publication is the ultimate goal in research. Her ability to clearly communicate a specific set of tasks in written form has transferred well into her work with MetaOps, Inc., in that she understands how to produce a clear and detailed procedural manual with accompanying work instructions and job descriptions Another important skill is her ability to train personnel. Consistency is key in research, therefore she has extensive experience in training individuals to follow protocol, as well as in assessing their performance and implementing advanced training to resolve discrepancies or errors. Studies are often highly complex in design, and it is necessary to plan, facilitate, and coach individuals on the team to complete projects in a timely manner. Therefore, she has honed her workflow development skills in order to manage the completion of studies within the allotted timeframe. Overall, her career in research has allowed her to develop a plethora of skills, which deliver successful outcomes in her work with MetaOps, Inc.
