Mattawan, MI – January 2023 – MetaOps, Inc congratulates Troy Bashant, Talent Solutions Executive, for one year with our company.  Bashant supports our customers in identifying the best interim talent to assist with Operational, Supply Chain, and Executive roles.

Bashant was instrumental at Voith Paper and rated annual performance at 107% and 115.3% in the first two fiscal years, respectively.  He achieved the 2016 CEO Award from International Paper Company.  Additionally, Bashant has over 14 years in a supervisory position overseeing warehouse operations and personnel (approximately 75 Marines).  He holds a Green Belt Six Sigma course, LEAN, and Theory of Constraints training, among other key knowledge.
